The Optimist Club of Oracabessa presents Jamaica Night at the St. Johns Chrysoston Roman Catholic Church, Oracabessa on July 28, at 6 p.m.

Christian Rock Group "The Few" will stage a concert called "Emergency" at the Meadowbrook United Church, July 30, starting at 6 p.m.

The show will feature saxophonist Errol Hird, Jazz artiste Samantha Gooden and choir group "Total Praise."

Bridgette Promotions presents "Slew Dem A Bare Feelings Dem A Carry" on August 5, 2000 at Hydel School Park, Mandela Highway, featuring Classical and Atom, Danny English, Egg Nog, Greg Hines, Chico, Alozade, Ninja Ford. Music by Travellers, Katarock and Money Cologne.

Unleaded 2000 Independence Concert will be a Murray's Fish farm and Grill, Clarendon Park on August 7, featuring Mr. Lex, Merciless, Hawkeye, TOK, Kip Rich, Mr. Easy. Alozade, Dela Vu, Avalanche and Ghandi. The artiste will be backed by Venon band and Music by Rebel T. Emcees will be Fancy Cat and Nuffy.
