RGD disappoints

THE EDITOR, Madam:

GOOD DAY, please publish this for me, I am not a frequent writer to this newspaper but on this occasion I was forced to write. I wrote to the Registrar-General for my birth certificate so many times and every time they send for money I send it and until now, no birth certificate.

One of their letters sent to me said: kindly send a fee of $95 and requested copies of certificates will be sent to you. Please quote reference number M14717/98. I sent the money, no answer.

Another letter said again kindly send additional $295 and the required copies of certificates will be sent to you.

On May 1, 1999 I sent $300 again no birth certificate. The reference number is 173775-772/97 and until this day of our Lord no birth certificate.

Name for Birth Certificate: Marlene Hemmings born December 7, 1966.

Mother Name: Maidlin Williston

Father Name: Kenneth Hemings

I am, etc.,
