Shocking Vibes Records heeds inner-city call

Chief Executive Officer of Shocking Vibes Records Patrick Roberts has pledged to give $300,000 to an inner-city fund, and he is making an urgent call for other members of the entertainment industry to join the effort to restore the inner city.
