Air J's 'enviable record'

THE EDITOR, Madam:

THE FOLLOWING letter has been sent to the Hon Gordon 'Butch' Stewart, Chairman, Air Jamaica Ltd.

Dear Butch:

As we complete yet another successful year I want to take this opportunity to pass along to you my comments and observations on Air Jamaica, Ltd.

This agency is a member of the prestigious "Best of the Best". It goes without saying that through our Sandals sales we have caused hundreds of clients to travel the routes from Atlanta to Montego Bay and points beyond in the year 2000. The thing I find most remarkable (considering the state of the airline industry in general) is our client satisfaction. Rather than sell the steak, we sell the sizzle. We talk about the great personnel, the meals, the comfort, the infectious surroundings of other passengers ­ and to a person, our exit interviews show a 99&44/100 per cent satisfaction rate ­ no other carrier, large or small, can match that record!

In the year 2001 we expect even bigger and better sales results. It is a comfort to know that etherson Travel Destinations, Inc., can place its valued clients into the hands of Air Jamaica Ltd., with trust and confidence.
