Boyz take on Bolivia

THE Reggae Boyz start their preparation for the next round of World Cup qualifiers with a friendly international against Bolivia this evening at the Orange Bowl in Miami.

Match time is 9:00.

Tonight's game is one of two friendly internationals planned for the national team by the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) before their opening Group of Six qualifier against Trinidad and Tobago on February 28. Their second game takes place at the National Stadium this Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

Besides the practice that this match will offer the team, it has the added significance of marking the return to competitive national football of forward Ricardo Fuller, the debut of Bradford City midfielder Jamie Lawrence and possibly that of United-States based midfielder William "Wicked" Wilson.

Jamaica's probable starting team: Aaron Lawrence (goal) Chris Dawes (sweeper), Linval Dixon, Ian Goodison, Ricardo Gardner and Tyrone Marshall (defenders); Darryl Powell, Andy Williams and Theodore Whitmore (midfield); forwards Onandi Lowe and Deon Burton.
