Blythe offers help for disgruntled customer

THE EDITOR, Sir:

IN RESPONSE to a letter to the Editor in your publication of April 26, 2001 'NWC: callous, uncaring', let me say it is never pleasant to have one's water supply disconnected, no matter the reason.

I am at a disadvantage in this specific instance as the letter is only signed 'Disgruntled Customer', Kingston 20, which does not provide the necessary information to have the account checked.

The writer of the letter is being asked to contact my office at 754-0973-4/960-3330/754-2848-9 so that this matter can be thoroughly investigated.

In the event I am not in office when you call, either Mrs. Marcia Gibson or Mr. Christopher Castriota would be able to get the investigative wheel in motion.

It is my hope that your supply did not remain disconnected for long. God Bless You

I am, etc.,

Dr. E.C. KARL BLYTHE, MP

Minister of Water

and Housing
