THE EDITOR, Sir:

I WISH to publicly commend Mr. Kennedy for his consistent and prompt responses to complaints and reports made to his office at the National Water Commission, May Pen Branch.

This letter of commendation derives from more than five complaints/reports that I made personally about leakages of water mains in and around May Pen.

Such levels of professionalism and competence ought to be emulated, particularly by other public sector organisations that serve the people of May Pen.
