A musical feast for mothers Sunday

MOTHERS AND fans can expect a musical treat to be served when cabaret performer, Karen Smith joins reggae-gospel singer, Paul Blake, for a Mother's Day tribute this Sunday, May 13 at the Family Church on the Rock Garden Theatre, Montego Bay.

Under the theme 'A Celestial Evening', the event is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Smith has been enjoying a series of performances in churches, on the hotel circuit and has been doing a remarkable number of charity shows. As a mother who believes in charity and goodwill, she has been encouraging her young daughter, Courtni along a similar line.

For two years in a row, the five-year-old chose to celebrate her birthday by giving away gifts to orphans at the Blossom Gardens Children's Home, in Montego Bay.

Smith is expected to bond with audience members not only through her exceptional talent, but also by sharing her life experiences.

Paul Blake comes to this concert with high energy and a special anointing.

His days of 'Get Flat' and other Bloodfire Posse hits are far behind him. Now, he churns out dynamic and electrifying gospel presentations.
