THE EDITOR, Sir:
I AM writing to say "A big thank you" to Dr. Paul R. Wright who has made me realise that people will not always like you for who you are, especially if you are a person who strongly believes in discipline and stand up for what you believe in.
For the past five years I have known him, I have found him to be a man of discipline, a man who stands up for what he believes in. He is also a man who cares a lot about his patients, he is never too busy for them.
I thank him for making me believe in myself more, strive for what I believe in, think positive, even though things may not always be good in life, be disciplined and be a better person in life.
I would also like to say "Thank you" to Mrs. Merton Wright (mother) and Mrs. Jacinth Wright (wife). I have found them never too busy for anyone or think that they are better than anyone else. These ladies always have something positive and encouraging to say.
One should not wait until a person dies to say all the good things, why not let the person know when he or she is alive so they can feel good about themselves and even know that they have made a positive impact on one person's life.
I am, etc.,
