Hail miss dunoon

THE MISS Dunoon Technical High School Contest 2001 ended early Friday night with the crowning of fifteen-year-old Kerry-Ann Bromwell.

"WHERE'S your home work?," asks the teacher. "I forgot to do it," replies the student. "Get out of the class," the teacher shouts angrily. The boy doesn't budge. He's looking elsewhere -- frowning.

One of the talented ones

They say that no one sees the talented ones. But it's difficult not to see his work on the walls bordering communities in Kingston. He is 20-year-old Terry Anthony and he has been panting since he was nine years old.
