Put aside partisan politics!

THE EDITOR, Sir:

The violence seems to be spreading to rural Jamaica and is even posing a threat to our fragile tourist industry. The cost of security is, next to salary, the biggest expense item for most companies. So how can we encourage investment in such a climate? It is about time we put aside partisan politics and pool our resources for nation building.

Come on, Eddie call the truce...come on P.J. extend the olive branch.

I am etc.,
