In praise of PM's speech THE EDITOR, Sir: THANKS TO the Caribbean International Network (CIN) Primetime News, we New Yorkers were able to see the important message from the Rt. Hon. P.J. Patterson, Prime Minister of Jamaica, following the recent terrorist attacks. His words of comfort and support for the American people were seen throughout New York City. For many, this was their time first time hearing the eloquent leader of Jamaica. All who saw the broadcast were undoubtedly impressed with his sensitive and uplifting statement.
