Ja's Baker is Mr Caribbean

BRIDGETOWN, CMC:

JAMAICA'S Paul Baker and Venezuela's Mily Pena were crowned Mister and Miss Caribbean as The Bahamas retained the team title at the Central American and Caribbean bodybuilding and fitness championships at the Wildey Gymnasium on Saturday.

Baker thudded onto the stage with 255lbs of rock solid muscle and was a straightforward winner of the heavyweight division on his way to becoming the Mister Caribbean winner that qualifies him for the professional ranks.

Pena had a tough fight from the Bahamian pair of Raquel Napier and Jena Mackey, but prevailed to take the gold in the heavyweight division on her way to becoming the new Miss Caribbean that also opens the way for her to turn pro.

Baker displayed great symmetry in a thick physique of which his huge shoulders and arms, along with his massive thighs and razor sharp abdominals were his strong points.
