Fallout's effect not yet over

THE EDITOR, Sir:

JUST IN case people in Jamaica might misunderstand, the fallout from the September 11 attack is not even close to being over. The engine for the global economy is the United States, and this engine is in full reverse.

My advice for Jamaicans is, curb your appetites for everything foreign, reduce your debt and get ready for a very bumpy ride.
