Israel's policy

THE EDITOR, Sir:

LATE TWENTIETH century historians have discovered and reported substantial evidence in documents declassified by Israel and the UK that for more than half a century Israel's leadership has pursued a policy intended to drive non-Jews from all of biblical Israel.

See for example, Flapan, Birth of Israel; Morris, Righteous Victims; Shlaim, Iron Wall. Aside from attempting to set up a puppet Christian State in Lebanon, Israel has treated Christians and Muslims with equal cruelty.
