I READ this article in the Financial Gleaner about the new office that the National Commercial Bank (NCB) has opened in London, England. I have been living in the United States for many years and I have always wondered why there was never a NCB branch here in the U.S.
I am a customer of the one in Jamaica, but it would make life so much easier if they could establish a branch here in the U.S., especially in New York.
I know it would be a very valuable asset to NCB, thousands of their customers and fellow Jamaicans living here.
So this is for Mr. Dunbar McFarlane. Could you please examine this very important plea in your next meeting.
