Kaiser execs meet with employees
Local executives of Kaiser Aluminium Corporation have been meeting with employees to discuss developments surrounding the company's filing for bankruptcy in the United States.

Youngest Senator sworn in
Kern Omar Spencer, 28-year-old University of the West Indies (UWI) graduate, became the youngest member of the Senate yesterday after he was sworn in by Governor-General Sir Howard Cooke at Kings House.


Projects running $5 billion above budget
A report commissioned by the National Housing Development Corporation (NHDC) which manages Operation PRIDE projects indicates that 10 of the more than 100 schemes are likely to exceed their budget by a whopping $5.5 billion.


Call in the Fraud Squad
