Lazy, dreamy days under an orange tree

Who in their right mind would put a villa all the way out here? That was one of two questions that came to mind as I followed the unpaved road, searching for Country Villa.

Friday night. Hilton New Kingston Hotel. A woman in her early 20s, slinks up to the microphone. You can tell by her unsteady legs and the frozen grin on her face that she is nervous. Very nervous.
