THE ASSOCIATION of Jamaican Residents (British Virgin Islands) would like to express sincere condolences to the family of the late Lance Douglas, Jamaica's No. 1 motorcyclist. Lance was well known by some of the members of the association and we're sad to learn of his tragic passing. May the peace of God rest with them.
Lance's life has touched even the BVI Jamaican community.
