Cops seek public's help in nabbing most wanted men

AS THE Jamaica Constabulary Force continue its drive to rid the country of illegal guns, drugs and to place behind bars those who continue to create mayhem, the public's help is being sought in locating the 10 following persons, wanted for crimes committed across Jamaica.

They are:

1. KEMAR JARRETT, 20, otherwise called "Natty Patch" of McGregor Gully, Mountain View, Kingston 3. Jarrett is wanted for the double murder of Cle-ment McLean and Orabrain Taylor both of Mount Salem, Montego Bay, St. James committed on the 14.9.01. He is also wanted for rape and shooting.

Jarrett is of dark complexion and about 172.72 centimetres (5ft 8in) tall. He is known to frequent Mount Salem in Montego Bay and McGregor Gully in Kingston.

2. JOEL ANDEM, 39, also known as "Bald Head" and "Lean Head" of 11 Miles, Bull Bay. He is wanted for several counts of murder, extortion, robbery, shooting and rape.

Andem is of dark complexion, 188 centimetres (6ft 3in) tall and is known to frequent Bull Bay, Land Lease and Mud Town all in St. Andrew.

3. RANDOLPH WEDDERMAN, 22, otherwise called "Ralph" of Pink Lane, Kingston 14. He is wanted for murder. Wedderman is of dark complexion, medium build, about 165.1 centimetres (5ft 6 in) tall and has scars on the left elbow and right jaw.

4. DONOVAN BENNETT, otherwise called "Bulbie" of a King Street address in Spanish Town, St. Catherine. He is wanted for murder and extortion.

Bennett is of dark complexion, slim build, about 188 centimetres (6ft. 3in) tall, oval face, narrow head, broad nose, thick lips and has a scar on the forehead.

5. GLENFORD SPENCER, 27, otherwise called "Gee" of no fixed address. He is wanted for the murder of Rohan Lowers committed at Love Lane, Greater Portmore, St. Catherine.

He is of brown complexion, medium build and about 172.72 centimetres (5ft. 8in.) tall. Spencer has a round face, receding forehead large mouth, thick eyebrows, thick lips and has a scar on the face.

Spencer frequents Maverley in Kingston 20 and Gordon Pen in St. Catherine.

6. CECIL ADLAM, 30, otherwise called "Frostman" of Windsor Heights, St. Catherine. He is wanted for two counts of murder, rape and robbery.

He is of dark complexion, medium build, about 172.72 centimetres (5ft. 8in) tall with long face and small head.

Adlam frequents Windsor Heights in St. Catherine.

7. ANDREW MEADE, 37, otherwise called "Dread" of Delacree Lane, Kingston 11. He is wanted for two counts of murder committed on the 15.01.00.

Meade is of dark complexion, medium build and about 172.72 centimetres (5ft. 8in) tall.

8. ALEXANDER HUTTON, 37, otherwise called "Chris" of 8 Miles Bull Bay, St. Andrew. He is wanted for murder, shooting, illegal possession of firearm and escaping custody.

Hutton is of black complexion, small head, round chin, about 167.64 centimetres (5ft. 6in) tall with a scar on the lower back.

9. MIGUEL POTTINGER, 24, of Albany district, St. Mary. He is wanted for shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm.

Pottinger is of fair complexion, medium build with an oval face.

10. ANDREW PEART, 38, of Lot 6 St. Johns Close, Spanish Town, St. Catherine. He escaped from the South Camp Rehabilitation Centre where he was serving time for murder.

He is of dark complexion, medium build, about 190.89 centimetres (6ft 3in) tall with round head and broad nose. He also has a scar over the right eye. He frequents Gunboat Beach in St. Andrew, Wild Street in Kingston and Hellshire in St. Catherine.

Anyone with information that can lead to the apprehension of any of these men is being asked to call Crime Stop at 1-888-991-4000, 927-5000, the Crime Management Centre at 978-4109, police 119 numbers or the nearest police station.
