IT SEEMS that on the ground the Rockfort Highway will be looking good and helping traffic to move more efficiently. However, the question of its beauty is up in the air.
Already, the billboard bullies are using their form of graffiti to destroy the natural beauty of the seafront scenery. The KSAC managers should be seeking to enhance the approaches to the city; instead they appear to be more concerned with raking filthy lucre than disposing of the advertising garbage being heaped upon the Rockfort roadside.
