I AWAIT with bated breath a response from the Commis-sioner of Police, the Prime Minister, a very senior attorney-at-law (a Queen's Counsel, to boot!) and the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Arnold J. Nicholson (himself a Queen's Counsel), in relation to Senior Super-intendent R.D.V. Adams' now notorious pronouncement that the presumption of innocence of a person accused of crime is "just semantics."
