Chen and Andrew Pryce, the brands manager for main sponsors J. Wray & Nephew, signed the cheques at Track Price Plus' head office in Kingston yesterday prior to their being handed over.
"We apologise to the recipients and the public for the late payment. Everything has just now been sorted out and they will get what we had promised. The show was a success and all the proceeds will go to the Boxing Board and the two charities," said Chen who arrived in the island on Monday specifically for that purpose.
The dinner card featured Jamaica's two-time International Boxing Organisation (IBO) cruiserweight champion Uriah Grant who defeated American contender Nate Robinson in non-title bout.
A number of local boxers also showcased their talent.
Jamaica Pegasus Hotel and Air Jamaica were the associate sponsors.
