Where is the evidence?

THE EDITOR, Sir:

YOUR EDITORIAL of July 24, 2002 mentioned inter alia - an address delivered to Kingston Rotarians recently, by Joslin, in which he was reported, to have made some profound comments re our private sector monetary 'debacle' of the 1990s.

Indeed, this is what many who were 'FINANCED' and some financial analyst were saying for years.

But where is Mr. Joslin's empirical evidence to ground his findings?

In any event, our irrepressible Finance Minister should respond with alacrity if he has not already done so.

I am, etc.,
