Added changes for Trafalgar Road traffic flow

AS OF Monday, September 2, the National Works Agency (NWA) will be implementing additional changes to the traffic flow along Trafalgar Road in Kingston.

No right turn will be allowed at any time from Trafalgar Road on to Braemar Avenue and Lords Road. An alternative route from Braemar Avenue to advance west on Trafalgar road is through Argyle Road and Lady Musgrave Avenue. Road users on Lords Road can reach Trafalgar Road by using Knutsford Boulevard or Worthington Avenue. Right turns will remain on Trafalgar Road at the intersection with Lady Musgrave Avenue and at the intersection with Worthington Avenue.

In order to facilitate these changes, the agency is now extending the concrete median on Trafalgar Road from Braemar Avenue to Downer Avenue on Lady Musgrave Road.

The work forms the second phase of the road improvement project for Trafalgar Road. It also involves the widening of the roadway, improvement of intersections and installation of traffic signals.
