Fort Clarence Beach for sale or lease

THE GOVERNMENT is selling or leasing the Fort Clarence Beach complex in Hellshire, South St. Catherine. It is used heavily by people from the Corporate Area and sections of St. Catherine.

According to an advertisement in The Sunday Gleaner, the Urban Development Corporation, a government agency, is seeking proposals from persons interested in leasing or purchasing the Fort Clarence Beach complex which consists of nine acres of land with a restaurant, administrative office and sanitary facilities.

Also being offered for lease by the UDC is the Public Beach Park at Long Bay, Negril, Westmoreland. This park is located on nine acres of land in two separate sections and the facilities include administrative office, three shops, changing rooms and sanitary facilities, lifeguard stands, paved food court, outdoor showers and a picnic area.
