Jamaica Gleaner Letters

Open letter to PM Patterson
THE EDITOR, SIR: This is an open letter to our Prime Minister, P.J. Patterson.

'Thanks for the support'
THE EDITOR, SIR: My family and I would like to publicly thank all those persons who have steadfastly believed in my honesty and integrity. Over the past four years they have provided support through kind words and deeds, love and prayers.

Bad sports(wo)manship!
THE EDITOR, SIR: This is just to express my opinion on the recent temper tantrum expressed by our Sports and Tourism Minister, Portia Simpson Miller. The matter should have been dealt with by the Political Ombudsman.

Lawlessness rules the land
THE EDITOR, SIR: God bless Father Ho Lung,a very God-fearing man, with that rare discipline that is lacking in most Jamaicans nowadays.

Saluting Mrs. Harrison too
THE EDITOR, SIR: I have a very good friend and peer who enjoys writing just as much as I. Whenever there is anything good, we write on it, whenever there is anything bad, we comment on it as well.
