I WANT to extend congratulations to the Ministry of Transport & Works and the National Road Safety Committee on their drive to have passengers form queues for JUTC buses. I hope that all those who constantly complain about uncivil behaviour will put all their weight behind this effort.
How refreshing it would be to see private sector groups sponsoring additional promotions in support of this effort and our pontificating and always negative talk show hosts adding some positive words for a change?
