Some questions for Bruce

THE EDITOR, Sir:

AS A member of the undecided segment of the voting public, I have a few concerns that I would like the JLP and in particular Mr. Golding to address. My concern is about Mr Golding making various broad statements about what the JLP's policies for the country will be and how they will be implemented.

The biggest concern is how can Mr. Golding assure me that what he is saying will be the fundamentals of the JLP? What will he do if after they are elected Mr. Seaga decides that is not the way to go? Bruce is not running for a seat in government how can he assure the Jamaican public that anything in the memo of understanding will take place. And if the JLP is all that he is now saying, why in the first place, not stay and work out your differences. If new disagreements develop in the future what is to stop him from just leaving again.

I am etc.,
