What has been Golding's contribution?

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I HAVE three questions for Mr. Golding and for the journalists who are crowning him the new messiah:

1) What causes have Mr. Golding championed, in or out of Parliament, that have made a real measurable and positive difference to Jamaica society? Please don't talk about the separation of powers. I know that story very well.

2) Mr. Golding refers to the 'old' and the new Bruce. I would like some elaboration on the old Bruce. Specifically I would like to know if renouncing 'old- style' politics absolved him from any responsibility for whatever the old Bruce might have done.

You know what, forget the third. I just need someone to tell me why he is the brightest political mind in Jamaica and what positive contributions he has made to the Jamaican society.

I am etc.,
