Opposition should show patriotism

THE EDITOR, Sir:
WE DO not know if this is the right mix. However, the strong Opposition must go sit and pray for the weak Government to fall for them, the Opposition, to take over.
We know this is the ambition of all Opposition, we believe if the Opposition is patriotic since the people were foolish enough to choose a weak Government they, the Opposition, should respect the will of the people and show their patriotism.
The strong Opposition should use their strength constructively and unite with the weak Government to give Jamaica overall a strong and united Government. Without arrogance on both sides but both serving their country with humility etc.
Let us remember that God as Almighty has power to do anything, yet God said to man, by the sweat of thy brow thou shall eat bread.
People want too much from government, be they JLP or PNP. We, the people, can and must do more for ourselves. Until it comes, let us unite in peace and love, one people, one love.
