THE EDITOR, Sir:
WE WOULD like to use this medium to 'big up' the workers at the Kingston & St. Andrew Regional Office of National Housing Trust. We visited the trust in late September and November to obtain information and were treated to first class service from the staff.
Special recognition must be made of the excellent services provided by Mrs. Cheryl Grey and Ms. Juliet Marshall with whom we had direct contact. We believed that these two young ladies went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that we were taken care of.
We would love the entire Jamaica and indeed the world to know that we do have government organisations that still provide quality services to their customers. Our expectations were exceeded by the extraordinary level of professionalism and customer service skills which were displayed by both ladies.
We would like to say thumbs up for Mrs. Grey and Ms. Marshall and the NHT. Keep up the good work. God Bless.
