Settle UK visa issue in the courts

THE EDITOR, Sir:
CONCERNING THE new visa requirement to England, I noticed the list of exemptions for visa requirement, but disappointingly I did not see exemption for those Jamaicans who were born prior to 1962 (Jamaica's Independence). I hope some legal minds will look into this.
I hope someone who was born prior to 1962 will legally challenge this new rule.
