THE EDITOR, Sir:

A GROUP of us paid a visit to the Rockfort Mineral Spa on Sunday, January 4. On leaving we had to turn left as there is now a one-way because of the new Rockfort Highway. We had to continue for quite a distance in the direction of Harbour View to find an exit to head back to Downtown Kingston.

We happened onto the exit and ran the risk of someone running into the rear of our vehicle because there was no sign so that we could indicate that we intended to turn right. The motorist behind us was coming so fast that we were just taken by the hand of God safely out of his path.

I am therefore asking that the National Works Agency or the appropriate authority put a sign to let motorists know that there is an exit ahead so that proper warning can be given to the approaching motorists.

I am etc.
