FOR MORE than three months my friend's cell phone lay useless through a defect in the phone. This is the same person who helps with the care of my aged mother.
My friend made many unsuccessful calls to the Digicel Company to have the cell phone repaired. She was given a cell phone to use but this phone was also defective and dropped a lot of calls. As a result I have lost a great many long distance calls to her!
Then I contacted Celina Hendricks, Team Leader, Customer Care Dept. and everything changed overnight! She jumped on the job, requested the information she needed, received them by fax, and she assisted as best she could.... CLEARED THE WHOLE MATTER UP!
