Fear and despair

THE EDITOR, Sir:
ENGLAND'S NOT so new
policy toward my people, Jamaicans, is causing fear and despair on the Jamaican community. Those of us who continue to uphold the dignity and pride of our beloved island nation feel and believe that England has given permission to the world to blame Jamaicans for their (England's) ills.
Where is P.J.? Has England forgotten our contributions to her well-being and efforts?
