CASINO GAMBLING is only a good idea if the profits are staying in Jamaica, for Jamaicans! If you privatise the gambling, the profits will end up in the pockets of fat US cats, and the crime rates will go up.
Do the right thing, legalise gambling, for thus the profit goes back to the Jamaican economy and the Jamaican people. Let the U.S. and European wealthy tourists elevate your incomes.
