Mrs. Y. Joy Williams
published: Tuesday | April 1, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I HOPE you will consider helping me. I graduated in 1978 from Laurier Macdonald High School in St-Leonard (Montreal), Canada. One of the finest teachers we ever had was Mrs. Y. Joy Williams, a wonderful Jamaican woman. She was the head of our English Department. I believe that she moved back to Jamaica around 1979 and I guess that she is probably around 60 years old today. She is most likely married too and living with her husband, whose name I do not know.

Our graduating class is having a 25th anniversary reunion this year and we would love to invite her. We are looking for ways to find and reach her. Can anyone help? We would be most eternally grateful. Perhaps you can spread the word across Jamaica in a way that it will reach her...

I am etc.,
