AT PALACE Amusement Company, the drive to introduce features aimed at improving the level of comfort and satisfaction for patrons attending the movies, is an on-going exercise.
According to Marketing Manager, Melanie Graham, Palace Amusement has come to recognise the importance of customer satisfaction and as such, a number of special features have been put in place across the circuit to please patrons.
With Odeon Cineplex now on stream in Mande-ville, Mrs. Graham says that patrons there are in for a treat not only in terms of top box office releases, in a comfortable and relaxed setting, but also for the many on-going specials which patrons enjoy.

As of opening night, May 21 until June 30, she points out that all adult patrons at Odeon Cineplex, will join their counterparts across the circuit by being eligible for weekends for two, at a SuperClubs resort and Complimentary Movie Passes for two.

Similarly on June 15, fathers attending Odeon Cineplex will be in for prizes, surprises and more, she says.
Commenting on pricing, Mrs. Graham says adult patrons at the new cinema will pay $350, while children under 12 years will pay $170. Box seats will also be available and these may be reserved in advance, she says, while pointing out that movie vouchers for adults and children are available in books of 6 or 12 at more cost effective rates than the purchase of individual tickets.
