CASTRIES, St. Lucia, (Reuters):

JAMAICAN OPENER Wavell Hinds has been recalled by West Indies for the third one-day international against Australia in St. Lucia today.

Hinds, originally omitted for the series, was named in a 14-man squad by the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) yesterday.

The 26-year-old Hinds has played 70 one-day internationals and has a batting average of 26.44.

West Indies trail 2-0 in the seven-match series after defeats in Kingston, Jamaica.

Meanwhile, off-spinner Nathan Hauritz has been drafted into Australia's team.

Australia made two changes to the team that strolled to an eight wicket victory and a 2-0 series lead on Sunday at Jamaica's Sabina Park.

Hauritz, who edged fast bowler Brett Lee into the 12th man spot, has not played for Australia since taking four wickets against Kenya in September 2002, despite remaining a constant presence in the touring squad.

"I guess it has been frustrating, but after all I'm touring with the Australia squad ... I've been trying to do work on my batting and its slowly come along, but I've got to keep constantly taking wickets along the way," he said yesterday.

New South Wales batsman Michael Clark will cover for Darren Lehmann, who has not yet recovered from the calf strain he picked up on Saturday.

Back-up wicketkeeper Jimmy Maher retains his place and replaces the rested Adam Gilchrist.

Australia are looking to extend a run of 19 straight wins in one-day internationals.
