Call for more Ja consulates in Africa
THE EDITOR, Sir: I AM a Jamaican residing in Lusaka, Zambia for almost 9 years now. I am writing to complain about the lack of Jamaican consulates on the continent of Africa; more especially in the southern Africa region.
