Sarwan, Gayle in top 6

Ramnaresh Sarwan and Chris Gayle are firmly established in the top 10 of the international one-day batting ratings after West Indies' improved showing in the recent series against Australia.
West Indies lost the first four fixtures to the world champions but finished strongly to win the last three matches.
Sarwan shares second place with Australia's one-day skipper Ricky Ponting behind India's Sachin Tendulkar, while opener Gayle enters the top 10 in sixth place.
Sri Lanka's Muttiah Muralitharan shares the top spot in the bowling ranks with South Africa's Shaun Pollock.
