AS A resident in the UK, I read The Gleaner online everyday, and I am not exaggerating when I say everyday. Surprisingly though, some of the items that I consider news, and can lift any home-sick spirit, go unpublished on your pages.
One such news is the Doctorate of Divinity that was bestowed recently upon Dr. Rev. C. P. Gordon, former pastor of the Unity Hall Open Bible Church, in St. James. Could you get your reporters to submit this story, as I am sure through their eyes the event would please me more than the bits and pieces of e-mails that I get from friends and families.
