THE EDITOR, Sir:
PLEASE ALLOW me to express my thanks to Drs. Jennifer M. Bent of Peck Street, Linstead, and Michelle Lee of the University of West Indies (UWI).
I won't be able to detail everything, except to say that I was examined by doctors in the USA, having gone through all the top of the class machine "according to them", but was told that they could not see what was wrong. I decided to visit Jamaica and within a few days, I was told what the problems were and that I needed surgery. With a strong letter, I returned to the USA and surgery was done within a few weeks.
Thank God today I am feeling good. Drs Bent and Lee; keep up the good work. May God continue to guide you both. I am writing this letter to let the people living in Jamaica know that all is not lost!
