Too little too late!
published: Friday | August 1, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

The yard has already gone CWJ.

I was with CWJ for the last four years and finally made the switch to Digicel after not getting service in my home in St. Ann for sometime now.

I am quite happy with Digicel's service having had three calls from their customer service representatives to welcome me and to see if I understood my phone (an apt question).

I am not pleased with the sort of advertising that the two companies have taken to get customers. Service is what we are looking for. Tearing down each other will actually do the opposite. Improve your service and you will see a difference. In my opinion though CW&J, the yard has already gone. Too little too late!

I am etc,

SATISFIED DIGICEL CUSTOMER
