Water lock-offs

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS IS an open letter to the National Water Commission:

We the customers who are residing in the Whitehall and Constant Spring area were surprised to hear recently that we will now be having daily water lock-offs from 8 p.m. until early the next morning.

In fact, we have been having water lock-offs non-stop for more than a year now during the very same period.

Come on NWC, why don't you give us the real facts?
