We need help, Mr Peart

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I HOPE to use this medium to contact Mr Dean Peart, Minister of Land and the Environment, about the electricity to be installed in the community of Brooklyn, Evergreen, Manchester North-Western.

Preliminary work started approximately two years now and has not been completed. The citizens of this community, a part of your constituency, need your assistance to complete this badly-needed project. I have made numerous phone calls to your office but I have never been lucky enough to speak to you.
