Strong support for new prison
KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP): JAMAICA'S PRISON commissioner said on Tuesday he's open to the idea of building a prison on the Caribbean island to house Jamaicans convicted of crimes in Britain.

Carnal abusers get bail extension
SPANISH TOWN: FIVE YOUNG men who allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl in Waterloo district on July 18, had their bail extended to September 12, when they will next answer to the charge of carnal abuse.
