I WOULD like to express special thanks to the Inland Revenue Department, King Street, Kingston, in particular Ms. Karen Waugh.
My brother and I were having problems receiving our driver's licences at the Constant Spring Collectorate, which referred us to Ms. Waugh at the King Street Department. On our arrival she sat us down, calmly diagnosed the problem and took us to the appropriate section. She did not leave until our problem was fully sorted out. Sir, that is what I call good and efficient customer service in the public sector.
