Traffic flow worse in Spanish Town
published: Monday | September 29, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I THOUGHT that the change in traffic flow out of Spanish Town would be better after a few weeks to remove the bugs, but its worst.

It usually take me twenty minutes to reach the then round about, it now take forty five minutes to cover the same distance. I start my journey ten minutes earlier (5:45 a.m.) it does not help.

I believe that the deployment of police is poorly organised, the stop light at the Salt Factory is too short on green for the volume of traffic and no police there to ensure that order prevails.

I hope that better planning are in progress to allow us to sleep at night in order that we can function productively at work and school.

I am, etc.,

M.B. JOHNSON
